Henderson Group is seeking a Team Leader to help drive the store team and deliver a shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. This full-time role involves opening, closing, and weekend shifts with a flexible schedule.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager or Store Manager, you will train and manage workload, be hands-on in-store, and promote our values while supporting local community initiatives and occasional Post Office duties as required.
