We are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team at High Street Mall, Portadown!
This is a permanent, part time role offering 20 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.
As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!
You will also:
- Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!
It is essential that you have the following:
- Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
- The ability to think on your feet and motivate others
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
