Warehouse Operative

This is a physically demanding role involving continuous walking, lifting, order picking, loading, and stock handling throughout the shift. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meeting productivity and accuracy targets. Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year of warehouse or order-picking experience Good level of physical fitness and ability to lift and move stock safely throughout the shift Experience using handheld scanners, picking sheets, or warehouse management systems Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure Valid FLT licence/certification

Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders Use warehouse systems and handheld scanners to process orders Load and unload deliveries safely Replenish stock locations and carry out stock checks Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
