This full-time position is critical within the Supply Chain team reporting to the Senior Logistics Coordinator. You will manage US/Canada project shipments while selecting carriers based on cost and efficiency.

Your role entails processing invoices and maintaining organized documentation, ensuring a smooth office workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all project shipments including customs requirements

• Select and manage shipping methods and carriers

• Process and approve shipping and customs invoices

• Update and maintain the Shipping Matrix and tracking tools

• Communicate with customers regarding timings and shipments

Requirements:

• Strong background in shipping and logistics coordination

• Experience with export/import procedures required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage high shipment volumes effectively
