Position: Flour Packer with Quality Focus
Become a Flour Packer in our production team and earn a competitive wage between $25.21 and $29.08. Focus on quality control and efficient packaging.

In this role reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the efficient packaging of flour products. This includes operating packaging equipment, ensuring product quality, and executing cleanliness protocols. You will also need to adapt to different packaging sizes and maintain detailed production records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment for optimal performance

• Ensure flour is sourced from correct bins

• Keep packed products labeled and dated accurately

• Ensure all bags are sealed and wrapped properly

• Report any product or machinery issues promptly

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• Strong work ethic and team orientation

• Forklift operation experience is beneficial

• Ability to work in hot and dusty conditions

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
