Position: Full-Time Mill Operator at Atlantic Industries
Atlantic Industries Ltd. seeks a dedicated Mill Operator in Armstrong, BC specializing in corrugated steel pipe production. This full-time role emphasizes safety and efficiency in a hands-on environment.

As a Mill Operator, you will operate and monitor machines, conduct maintenance, and oversee quality control throughout the production process. Drawing upon your previous experience in CSP operations, you will handle raw materials, conduct welding tasks, and ensure adherence to safety standards as you contribute to team-driven production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor milling and cutting machinery

• Set up equipment for production tasks

• Handle raw coil steel for forming processes

• Read and follow technical drawings accurately

• Conduct inspections to meet quality requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of milling and corrugating equipment experience

• Qualified CWB welder preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting

• Ability to work in challenging environments
