Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for evolving our lifecycle marketing approach, implementing data-driven methodologies that boost guest loyalty and lifetime value. This position emphasizes operational excellence alongside strategic insight, collaborating with product and brand teams to align marketing with guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution
• Boost lifetime value through targeted marketing initiatives
• Oversee multi-channel guest engagement programs
• Promote a culture of experimentation and data optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns
Requirements:
• At least 6 years in digital or lifecycle marketing
• 2+ years managing teams effectively
• Familiarity with CMS and automation tools required
• Excellent skills in reporting and communication
• Proven track record of measurable marketing success
