Binnenstedelijke nieuwbouw / zorgcomplex
Functie eisen- Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Actuele kennis van Bouwtechnieken, bouwregelgeving en bouwkosten.
- Goede kennis van relevante software zoals Afas, Solibri, en Asta Powerproject is een pré.
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden, met oog voor kostenbewust en duurzaam bouwen.
- Technische creativiteit en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
- Communicatieve kracht en het vermogen om complexe ideeën overtuigend over te brengen.
