A day as a smartphone repair specialist at The Phone Lab

Fresh and clean - this is how you arrive in our equally spotless shop in the morning. While having a good cup of coffee or tea, you take note of what the day will bring you. What appointments are scheduled and are there any outstanding repairs waiting for you? Either way: you make sure the shop looks tiptop.

When the first customer has walked in, you help them with their problems. You take careful notes and enter everything into our system. You reassure the customer. He goes round the block, and you carefully start working on the repair so that it is completed within the agreed time. The tests you always perform as a specialist after repair show that you have given the device a new lease of life!

You have made the customer immensely happy - the customer can get on with their life. Customer happy, planet happy, The Phone Lab  happy. You point out to the customer our options for extra protection and our terms of lifetime warranty and finish with an enthusiastic and friendly greeting.

During the day, you keep an eye on online customer orders: you contact the customer to schedule an appointment. Meanwhile, you keep the shop looking tiptop: you ensure that all accessory walls are replenished, the demo devices are well presented and the customer table looks tidy. You also take stock and check all work orders. The laboratory is your domain. And it shows that you know your job.

Because the customer you made so happy this morning with a repaired device has now written a rave review. You can put that 9.5 in your pocket! And move on!

What can you expect from The Phone Lab ?

🟥 A salary of between €2,360 - €2,617 per month based on 38 hours. Or, €14.33 - €15.89 per hour including 8% holiday pay.
