C in Arnhem zoekt een customer support medewerker. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en opleiders en ondersteunt bij theorie- en praktijkexamens, medische beoordelingen en vragen over verkeerssituaties waarbij alcohol of drugs een rol spelen. Je luistert, vraagt door en levert duidelijke antwoorden.
Tijdens een drie weken opleiding volg je klassikale training en praktijkgerichte begeleiding. Inwerkperiode vormt de basis; verlof is tijdens deze periode niet toegestaan.
