ASA Talent zoekt een Frontline klantenservice medewerker voor DHL Express in Arnhem. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke en particuliere klanten en werk je in een modern kantoor. Je beantwoordt vragen omtrent zendingen en zorgt voor een soepele klantbeleving.
De ideale kandidaat heeft minimaal MBO 4 of HBO-denkniveau en beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels goed. Je moet 32-40 uur beschikbaar zijn gedurende kantooruren. We bieden een omgeving waarin je je verder kunt ontwikkelen in logistiek en klantenservice.
