Onze Huisartsen zoekt een POH-GGZ voor huisartspraktijken in Arnhem en omgeving. Je verleent eerstelijnszorg aan patiënten met ggz problematiek, en regelt planning en spreekuurorganisatie in samenwerking met de huisarts.
Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring in de GGZ en een HBO-opleiding, eventueel POH-GGZ post HBO, en een registratie in het kwaliteitsregister POH-GGZ. Het dienstverband is 8 tot 32 uur per week met uitzicht op vast contract; salarisklasse ca €4.218–€6.091 bruto per maand, volgens
