What you will do

Preparing, calculating, and simulating high‑power test circuits to ensure accurate and reliable test setups.

Organizing and executing complex and sensitive measurements while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the testing process.

Managing customer projects end‑to‑end, meeting expectations regarding test preparation, execution, and reporting, and acting as the primary point of contact for customers during their projects.

Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary test team of more than seven specialists with diverse technical backgrounds.

Closely following the completion of tests, analyzing results and reporting findings clearly and professionally to customers.

Actively participating in internal (international) working groups and contributing to IEC and STL working groups over time.

What you bring

An Electrical Engineering degree with a major in Power Engineering (or similar) at BSc or MSc level.

Good leadership qualities and human relations skills.

Health, safety and environmental awareness and assume responsibilities related to the job.

Good written and verbal mastery of the English language is required; basic knowledge of Dutch will be an advantage.
