CIAM DevOps Engineer

Overview  The energy transition needs you as a CIAM Dev Ops Engineer. In this role at Alliander you are primarily responsible for ensuring the stability, availability and quality of our CIAM service, managing the solution through incident resolution, changes, patches and upgrades, supporting users, and driving the transition to a future‑proof CIAM platform.
Responsibilities   Monitor the stability, availability, quality and continuity of the CIAM service, including incident resolution.
Manage the CIAM solution both functionally and technically, executing changes, patches and upgrades.
Provide support to users of the CIAM service.
Further develop the CIAM service and advise on the transition to a platform service.
Collaborate with teams and project members within the IAM program and ART IAM.
Qualifications   Completed, relevant degree at a bachelor's or master's level.
Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.

Experience with CIAM methodologies and use cases such as registration, identity proofing, consent management and delegated administration.
Knowledge of protocols such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra or SAP CDC/ISU/MCF.
Customer focus as second nature.
Benefits  Based on a 40‑hour working week, the package includes a gross monthly salary of €4.580 to €7.585 (scale 9‑10), an annual Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full time) or 12.8% (part time), 24.5 days of holiday per year which can be topped up generously from the IKB, an end‑of‑year bonus of 6% of annual salary in December, a Sustainable Employability budget of €700 per year, unlimited learning and development opportunities, an NS Business Card for sustainable commuting or a kilometre allowance, and an attractive salary and benefits package.
