Arcadis Arnhem zoekt een Bouwkostendeskundige die een adviserende rol speelt binnen Cost & Data Management. Je werkt aan grootschalige projecten voor publieke en private opdrachtgevers met een focus op duurzaamheid en circulair ontwerpen.
Je stelt ramingen op in SO/VO/DO-fases, draagt alternatieven aan in ontwerpteams, rekent verduurzamingsvraagstukken door en ontwikkelt onze installatiekosten-databank. Je begeleidt meer- en minderwerk en verzorgt heldere adviesrapporten.
