We are looking for a Senior OT/ICS Penetration Testing Consultant to perform safe and controlled security assessments across SCADA, PLC, industrial networks, relays, engineering workstations, and critical infrastructure environments.

Conduct OT and ics penetration testing with strong focus on safety and operational continuity.

Assess SCADA systems, PLCs, relays, engineering workstations, industrial protocols, and network segmentation.

Use controlled test procedures, approved test windows, rollback plans, and safety guardrails.

Translate technical vulnerabilities into operational risk, business impact, and remediation priority.

Prepare detailed reports with evidence, impact, exploitability, compensating controls, and practical remediation guidance.

Required Skills:

OT/ICS security testing, SCADA, PLC, industrial networking, IEC 62443, critical infrastructure security, operational safety, segmentation assessment, remote access review, vulnerability reporting, and remediation validation.

Certifications:

GICSP with CREST CRT or OSCP. Preferred: GRID, GCIP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate, IC5. Training.

Experience:

7+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in OT/ICS security assessments, industrial control systems, penetration testing, or critical infrastructure environments.
