Zorg Loont in Arnhem zoekt een Manager a.i. voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een verpleegafdeling in een ziekenhuis. Je geeft leiding aan zorgprofessionals en zorgt voor rust, overzicht en duidelijke kaders.
Je werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundige coördinatoren, medisch specialisten en ondersteunende diensten om zorgprocessen effectief te organiseren en continu te verbeteren. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit van zorg, personeelsbeleid, financiën en capaciteitsplanning.
