Rijnstate zoekt een ervaren planner voor het Centraal Roosterbureau. Je zorgt dat roosters kloppen, voldoen aan regelgeving en aansluiten bij de wensen van medewerkers.
In een dynamische zorgomgeving bewaak je rust en juistheid, en ben je een verbinder die contact onderhoudt met verpleegkundigen en teammanagers. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar op alle dagen van de week volgens een afgesproken rooster, hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en kennis van het roosterpakket OWS (pré).
