RIBW Arnhem & Veluwe Vallei zoekt een medewerker begeleiding oudere cliënten op de groep in Arnhem. Je start met een medicatieronde, motiveert cliënten en zorgt dat zij naar dagbesteding gaan. Je organiseert activiteiten voor de groepsdynamiek en ondersteunt bij huisartsbezoeken.
Je rapporteert bevindingen en begeleidt cliënten in één-op-één gesprekken, zonder ADL-zorgtaken. De locatie Malburgen biedt woonruimte aan ouderen met GGZ-hintergrond.
