You work across all teams at Deftpower and connect technology, operations and business. You are the linking pin when it comes to security governance, compliance, and risk. You work closely with leadership, product and external partners.

This role is not about building systems. It is about creating structure, clarity and trust. You help the organisation stay in control while we move fast and grow across Europe.

As Security Officer you build and maintain the security foundation of Deftpower. You ensure we meet standards, manage risks and stay compliant while scaling. You create clarity in what is expected and make sure it is followed.

• Maintain and improve our ISMS and security policies
• Drive compliance activities and prepare audits and certifications
• Monitor risks and keep the risk register up to date
• Coordinate recurring compliance tasks and evidence collection
• Build awareness and guide teams on security best practices

• Salary range: €5,000 to €6,000 per month
• €2,000 training budget per year
• Choose your own laptop up to €1,750

• 3 years experience in security, compliance or risk
• Understanding of frameworks like ISO or similar standards
• Structured and able to keep an overview in a fast moving environment
• Take ownership and bring clarity where things are still evolving
• Communicate easily with both technical and non‑technical teams
