About DeftpowerAt Deftpower, we’re shaping the future of electric charging every single day. Our SaaS-platform helps businesses across Europe make charging simpler, smarter and more sustainable. With AI and intelligent software, we make sure charging works seamlessly with the energy grid, creating a greener and more stable system for everyone.
We’re growing fast, thanks to a recent major investment, and there’s never a dull moment! We’re expanding, improving our technology. We hope our team of 85 grows to 125 by the end of this year!
About the teamYou join our App team, based in Arnhem. The team builds and improves the Deftpower app used by drivers across Europe every day. We work closely with Product, Engineering and our clients to create an experience that simply works, from the moment a driver opens the app to the moment they unplug.
Right now, we know a lot is happening in the app, but we can't always see exactly what. That changes with you. There's a foundation in place, but the real work is still ahead. You'll have the space, the support and the ownership to build something from the ground up that the whole organisation will rely on.
About the roleAs Technical Web Analyst at Deftpower you take ownership of how we understand user behaviour across our platform. You make sure we collect the right data, interpret it correctly and turn it into clear improvements. You bring structure in a fast moving environment and help teams make better decisions based on data.

You know how to turn data into a story that actually lands, with engineers, product managers and clients alike. Numbers are your starting point, not your endpoint. You bring people to insights they wouldn't have reached on their own, and you make it look effortless. That's why you are the hero we have been waiting for!

After you apply, Linda, our PO, will review your profile and reach out for a short introduction call if there's a match. From there: an interview, a short assessment that you'll present to the team where you also have the chance to ask all the questions you have. If both sides are enthusiastic, we move forward with an offer.
We keep the process clear, personal and focused on getting to know each other properly.
