Zenda zoekt een gemotiveerde Servicedesk Medewerker Arnhem. Je lost 1e en 2e lijns incidents op, beheert werkplekken en hardware en denkt proactief mee over structurele oplossingen. Je werkt op locatie bij klanten in en rondom Arnhem en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers.
Je hebt minimaal een MBO 3/4 ICT-opleiding, ervaring op servicedesk of werkplekbeheer en beheersing van NL. Een rijbewijs B is gewenst en ervaring met ITIL/AD/Azure/Office 365 is een pré.
