Je coacht en ontwikkelt teams, werkt aan transparantie en voorspelbaarheid, en ondersteunt de overgang naar resultaatverantwoordelijke teams. Vereist is minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring, HBO-niveau en relevante Agile-opleidingen.
De functie is 0,8 fte en tijdelijk met een marktconform salaris en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden bij HAN.
