Manager Operations EMEA

Someone who can lead and motivate a team of Supply Chain Project Leads, create a clear overview and project planning, balance priorities and capacity, and step in when things don’t go according to plan.

You will be part of the operational team

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.

At least 8 years of relevant operational experience in supply chain, logistics, project-based delivery or Control Tower/4PL environments, including 4 years of people leadership; equivalent experience may be considered.

Demonstrated experience leading multi-account operations, complex customer implementations and cross-functional escalation management.

Experience with capacity planning, KPI governance, process improvement, operational cost control and technology-enabled operations.

What you’ll do
Operational delivery across EMEA and ensure clear ownership, priorities, handovers and escalation paths.

Monitor regional operational KPI's, capacity, productivity, service performance, data quality and action closure, and report material risks.

To perform this job successfully, you must have a broad understanding and experience in operational tasks, system knowledge and project management and have a logistics background.

About the Operations Manager EMEArole .
The Operations Manager EMEA is accountable for consistent, predictable and scalable day-to-day operational delivery across the region. The role leads Project Leads, manages capacity and execution, resolves operational escalations, and drives performance, process discipline, data quality and continuous improvement. The role operates within the strategy, commercial direction, P&L accountability and delegated authority established by the Managing Director.
