SEO specialist; AI​/GEO

We’re looking for an SEO specialist who takes responsibility for growth. Someone who understands that it’s about results, not just rankings.

You work at the intersection of SEO, content, AI and conversion. You analyse what’s happening, see where it can be better and adjust. Visibility is a means for you. What matters is what it produces for the client.

You work both strategically and hands‑on, and make sure websites not only get found better, but also convert better. You work together with our specialists in Google Ads and conversion optimisation.

• Arnhem, partly remote possible
• 32 to 40 hours per week

• Optimise websites on a technical, content and structural level
• Do keyword research and translate it into concrete content and page structures
• Analyse performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO tools
• Optimise content for search engines and for AI platforms like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews
• Analyse which pages do or don’t convert and determine where the biggest growth opportunities are
• Think along on website structure, landing pages and conversion improvements
• Draw up SEO and content strategies and adjust them based on data
• Spot opportunities and implement or delegate them independently
• Talk with clients about progress, strategy and results
• Work together with specialists in SEA and conversion optimisation

GEO stands for generative engine optimisation: making sure a business is mentioned in answers from AI assistants. That’s becoming an ever more important part of the trade, and here you get room to become good at it.

You have experience with SEO and like to look beyond rankings. You think analytically, take initiative and are curious about the role of AI in search behaviour.

• One year or more of experience with SEO
• Interest in AI and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
• You understand how SEO and conversion come together
• You look critically at performance and see opportunities in data
• You take responsibility for your own projects
• You’re curious and want to keep learning

Between €2,600 and €4,200 per month, depending on your experience.
