You enjoy staying organized, moving with purpose, and supporting the sales floor in real time! As a Runner, you play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly by ensuring Sales Associates have the products they need, exactly when they need them. You maintain a clean, organized stockroom, promptly bring shoes and products to the sales floor, and efficiently return merchandise to its proper place.

Your ability to stay tidy, fast, and accurate helps the sales team deliver an exceptional customer experience. While much of your work happens behind the scenes, your impact is front and center. Your support keeps the floor energized, organized, and ready to drive sales.

• 6–9 months of retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Exudes a friendly, positive, and team‑oriented demeanor at all times
• Able to complete tasks with urgency and minimal supervision
• Highly organized, efficient, and able to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull, and lift weights of usually 5–30 pounds
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Supports Sales Associates by promptly delivering shoes and merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor to maximize the customer shopping experience
• Assists with processing and moving inventory between the stockroom, sales floor, and distribution as needed
• Maintains a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements
• Ensures accurate organization of merchandise so sizes and styles are easily located and readily available for the sales team
• Returns merchandise to the stockroom neatly and prepares products to go back onto the sales floor, including display shoes
