Rolomschrijving
Je bent de schakel tussen de gemeente, huurders, politie en welzijnsorganisaties. Je signaleert problemen in de wijk en bespreekt deze met de bewoners. Je maakt wijkplannen over hoe een wijk zich moet ontwikkelen. Je verbindt sociale thema’s met vastgoedprojecten.
Vereisten- MBO+/HBO‑werk‑ en denkniveau
- Vaardig in conflicthantering en gesprekstechniek
- Ervaring met administratieve systemen (bijv. Empire)
- Analytisch: goed plannen en organiseren, overzicht in complexe processen
- Verbinder: mensen en belangen samenbrengen, vertrouwen creëren, samenwerking versterken via open communicatie en oprechte betrokkenheid
- Functie: 24–28 uur per week, minimaal 7 maanden
- Salaris: schaal I (36 uur basis), € 4.338 – € 5.704 per maand
- Eindejaarsuitkering: 4% van het bruto jaarsalaris volgens CAO woondiensten
