VIGO groep zoekt een jeugdzorgwerker voor het Fasehuis in Arnhem. Je begeleidt acht jongeren (16–19) en bouwt een vertrouwensband op, ondersteunt ontwikkeling en sociaal-maatschappelijke participatie.
Werkdagen omvatten avond- en slaapdiensten met twee collega’s, in een zelforganiserend team. Het salaris volgt de CAO Jeugdzorg: schaal 8 voor HBO+SKJ en schaal 7 voor mbo, met scholing en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
