RIBW Arnhem & Veluwe Vallei zoekt een betrokken persoonlijk begeleider dak- en thuislozen voor de Housing First-locatie in Arnhem. Je begeleidt proactief cliënten met psychiatrische en psychosociale vraagstukken, met focus op herstel en regie bij de cliënt.
Je coördineert de begeleiding, signaleert kansen en werkt samen met partners om stabiliteit en participatie te bevorderen. Het team bestaat uit collega’s in een dynamische setting, ook in avonden en weekenden.
