Pactum zoekt een jeugdzorgwerker voor Het Karrewiel in Arnhem. Je begeleidt jongeren (14–19) in hun dagelijkse leven, individueel en in groepsverband, en werkt aan een zo normaal mogelijk gezinsleven en terugkeer naar huis of zelfstandigheid.
Je ontwikkelt methodieken en verzorgt mentoraat met toekomstplannen en evaluaties. Flexibiliteit met wisselende diensten, inclusief slaapdiensten, is vereist en je werkt in een multidisciplinair team.
