AACC is a tenure‑granting institution. Any candidate hired as a full‑time faculty member may be eligible to apply for tenure in the future based on institutional eligibility requirements. This position requires regular in‑person presence on campus or at alternative locations, depending on class schedule and other assigned duties. Flexible teaching schedules may be available based on student needs. AACC offers daytime, evening, weekend, hybrid and online classes.
Full‑time faculty contracts begin on August 16 and end on June 15. This 10‑month contract provides benefits over 12 months and the option of 12‑month pay.
