Position Summary
The site coordinator will provide oversight, monitoring of facilities, and support services for Anne Arundel Community College faculty and students.

Pay dates are on the 7th and 22nd of each month; if these fall on a weekend, pay occurs on the preceding Friday.

Only residents of Maryland or the following states are eligible for employment:
Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, or the District of Columbia. This list is reviewed annually.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate college activities during scheduled evening classes.
- Coordinate room arrangements and provide instructional/lab support, including assistance with Canvas LMS, grading, and attendance.
- Assist with student registration and set up audiovisual equipment.
- Move and store supplies such as lumber, welding, electrical supplies, conduit, and pipes.
- Conduct minor facility maintenance, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain cleanliness.
- Organize materials for labs based on faculty notes or curriculum.
- Distribute informational materials and maintain job postings.
- Report issues to the manager and participate in relevant meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience related to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, or Welding.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. unaided and use a 20-foot ladder.
- Experience operating a forklift and floor jack.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
