Integrated Master Scheduler
Location:Arnold AFB, TN - Tullahoma, TN (on‑site)

Roles and Responsibilities:- Provide scheduling support for Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Government Schedules (IGS) adhering to industry best practices.
- Analyze results and perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) for subcontractor and internal IMS’s.
- Work with and advise the DOD PM to analyze EVM in relation to schedule.
- Analyze cost/schedule health metrics and generate reports from Peoplesoft and other cost and schedule tracking software.
- Perform cost/schedule analysis to inform the customer of ongoing programmatic risks and schedule trends.
- Critically analyze cost and schedule models to build informative summary views for all levels of DOD leadership.
- Manage ongoing cost and schedule efforts of various sub‑contracts and inter‑organizational staff (DOD, TOS, and A&AS) to improve communication and contract execution.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and quickly learn cost and schedule specific software tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Peoplesoft Financial, Acumen Fuse, Milestones Pro, and similar software.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a related field and 1‑10 years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of good engineering practices.
- Knowledge of wind tunnels, engine test, and/or hypersonic.
- Knowledge of aerodynamics or aero‑propulsion sciences.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and management of large complex construction projects is desirable.
- Prior experience working at a military facility highly desirable (AEDC experience a plus).
- PMP credentials highly desirable.
- Microsoft Project proficiency.
- P6 proficiency.
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
