Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $70.00/hr

• Prior PT experience and entry levels all welcome to apply.
• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university
• Active Maryland license to practice Physical Therapy
• Jurisprudence Compliance
• BLS for Healthcare Providers
• PT Compact License (optional)

• Compensation is based on experience.

• Provide evaluation with patient and evidence-based goals to determine medical necessity.
• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation and education.
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
• Supervisory oversight of Clinical staff members.
• Manage caseload using effective time management that meets productivity expectations.
• Participate in clinical workshops alongside other therapists to develop and achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations and pursues continuing education for professional growth.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve well-rounded care and cement relationships with clients.
• Refer our other services to patients and ask for family and friend referrals.
• Build rapport with internal stakeholders to support the team.
