Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
Location: Arnold or within 30 miles of the Greater St. Louis Area.
Hours: 20 hours per week, willing to work between 7 a.m.–9 p.m. Job type: PRN or Part Time, potentially full-time based on performance. Can start immediately.

Home Well is seeking compassionate, reliable, and service‑hearted individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Home Well Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering quality, non‑medical in‑home care to support our clients’ safety, independence, and overall well‑being. You will provide assistance with daily living tasks, offer companionship, and help create a comfortable environment where clients feel respected and cared for.

• Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with medication reminders
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
• Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring individuals
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities
• Implement behavior management techniques as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment

• Experience caring for bed‑bound patients preferred
• Knowledge of dementia care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Experience with transfers
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
• Proficiency in meal preparation and following dietary guidelines
• Familiarity with direct support systems and protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and their families

• 2 years of caregiving experience (preferred)
• Preferred additional experience:
  Bed‑bound care 2 years, Dementia care 2 years, Hospice care 2 years, Manual patient handling 2 years, Gait belt 2 years
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Car insurance (required)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to relocate to Arnold, MO before starting work (required)
