Looking for more than just another customer service job?
Consumers First Insurance Agency is looking for a dependable, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing Sales & Service team. Insurance experience is a plus, but we're also willing to train the right person who is interested in building a career in insurance and willing to obtain their Property & Casualty license.
This position is designed for someone who wants to learn the insurance industry, grow with an independent agency, and potentially move into an Insurance Agent role with greater earning potential.
Pay & Growth- $16-$21/hour based on experience and licensing
- Commission opportunities on new business
- Paid, hands-on job training. (This does not include license fees.)

Insurance Agent - Increased earning potential as your role and responsibilities grow
You'll work directly with our customers and insurance agents to help keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with policy, billing, and general insurance questions
- Process policy updates and changes accurately
- Follow up with customers and insurance companies
- Make outbound customer service and follow-up calls
- Help identify opportunities for customers who may need additional coverage
- Support agents with day-to-day account servicing
- Keep customer requests organized and moving
- Are comfortable talking with customers on the phone
- Are organized and pay attention to details
- Enjoy solving problems and helping people
- Can manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
- Are dependable and willing to learn
- Want an opportunity to grow beyond an entry-level customer service position
- Are interested in building a career in insurance
Not licensed yet? We're open to candidates who are willing to obtain their Property & Casualty license and build a career in the insurance industry.
