The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defending product liability cases involving automotive products, toxic chemicals, manufacturing equipment, and trucking-related claims. • Manage all phases of product liability defense litigation.
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, and appear in court.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate closely with clients, experts, and co-counsel.
• Handle discovery, including document review and analysis of technical evidence.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Missouri Bar membership (Illinois a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product liability or complex defense litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
