Utility Technician

** SALARY:** $20.92 (when daily overtime is calculated, the factored rate is $24.23/hr)
** SHIFT

SCHEDULE:

*** 12 hours (rotating days/nights) every 4 weeks
* 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
* Two 3-day weekends off a month

* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

*
* * Drive forklift to stack/unstack products, and load/unload trucks
* Perform quality inspections to maintain quality standards
* Work with a team to read and interpret information, monitor equipment, and inspect products to maintain quality standards
* Operate can manufacturing equipment
* Follow safe work practices including first aid and emergency procedures, safety is our first priority
* Participate in group discussions and problem solving activities as needed
* Assist other Team Members to accomplish tasks, at AB we’re never satisfied and always looking to improve upon ourselves

* JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

*
* * High school Diploma or GED
* 1-3 years of industrial experience, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment
* Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery
* Proven troubleshooting skills
* Able and willing to work mandatory overtime as required
* Superior work history, including good attendance
* Forklift operating experience preferred
