Your ResponsibilitiesAs a new graduate RN, you will:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide top-notch patient care.
- Maintain professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments.
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
- Nursing degree from an accredited RN program.
- Current RN license in Missouri.
- BLS certification.
