Travelin' Tom's Coffee baristas:

Craft and serve a variety of specialty beverages such as coffee, tea, lemonade, and nitro energy drinks.

Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Operate mobile equipment efficiently and maintain cleanliness standards.

Follow recipes and guidelines to prepare high-quality beverages consistently.

Assist in the setup and maintenance of the coffee truck(s) at events or locations.

Collaborate with team members to uphold service excellence and promote brand awareness.

Learn and adapt to different locations and communities to provide top-notch service.

Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere while working in a mobile, fast-paced environment.

A good quality barista has:

Customer service skills:
Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mobile environment.

Attention to detail:
Ensuring consistency and quality in beverage preparation.

Communication skills:

Availability:
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends or events.
