Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
• Set the tone for each shift by leading by example and acting as a role model
• Open and close shifts, including key holder duties and cash drawer management
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs with enthusiasm
• Assist in training new hires and foster a positive, encouraging team atmosphere

Qualifications and Skills

• Friendly smile and ability to create emotional connections with guests
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Reliable transportation and ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment with shared responsibility
• Commitment to superior customer service and strong people skills
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
