• Create a welcoming guest experience while completing daily tasks and assisting guests with their needs.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, set merchandise, and place promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified and perform processes such as price changes, inventory accuracy, and merchandise setup as directed.
• Learn operational procedures affecting inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) and comply with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
