Overview
Stocking Team Associate cking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
Base pay range$15.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

- Unload trucks and stock new freight
- Stock the backroom and ensure product is available for customers
- Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may be required
