Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping. Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families. Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies. Manage a busy and thriving nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant. Identify the training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future! Qualifications and

Experience:
