• A people-person with great communication skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings or weekends
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
• Previous experience in customer service – hospitality, leisure or sport is great but not essential
