A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Care Coordinator to join a specialist healthcare provider based in Nottingham. Offering a salary of circa £27,000 DOE, this role combines office-based coordination with community engagement. The organisation delivers tailored care packages within community settings, working closely with case managers, solicitors and healthcare professionals to support individuals with complex needs. As part of a growing team, you will play a key role in coordinating care staff, maintaining compliance, and supporting business growth.

• Coordinate and maintain community care packages, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery.

• Recruit, interview and place Healthcare Assistants into temporary and permanent roles.

• Build relationships with case managers, social workers and other stakeholders to generate new opportunities.

• Manage rotas, staff availability and ongoing client communication.

• Ensure all staff and client records meet CQC and regulatory standards.

• Experience with in care coordination, healthcare recruitment or domiciliary care.

• Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.

• Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive, target-driven mindset.

• Up to £28,000 per annum (DOE)

Based in Nottingham and commutable from Derby, Mansfield, Newark-on-Trent, Loughborough, Beeston, West Bridgford and Grantham.
