Overview
We are looking to recruit Support Workers for our Outreach service to work varying hours throughout the week across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The role involves working proactively and creatively in the community with people with a Learning Disability and Autism, helping them to access opportunities, develop skills and become active citizens. The team is supportive, values care and support, and emphasizes flexible working and training.

- Experience working with individuals with additional needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and work flexibly throughout the week, Monday to Sunday.
- Has own car or willing to use one if required.
- Regular support and supervision.
