What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Manager
  • Supporting the Club Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and team performance
  • Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets
  • Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience
  • Train, coach and motivate the team - you’ll be key part of our leadership pipeline
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management
  • Build local community relationships and promote league growth and repeat business
What You Bring to the Squad
  • Experience in team leadership within a sport, leisure, hospitality or retail environment
  • Ability to multi- task in a busy, hands-on environment
  • You’re customer-obsessed — you understand that every touchpoint matters
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude, solution- focused mindset, and a desire to grow into club leadership
