- Supporting the Club Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and team performance
- Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets
- Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience
- Train, coach and motivate the team - you’ll be key part of our leadership pipeline
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management
- Build local community relationships and promote league growth and repeat business
- Experience in team leadership within a sport, leisure, hospitality or retail environment
- Ability to multi- task in a busy, hands-on environment
- You’re customer-obsessed — you understand that every touchpoint matters
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude, solution- focused mindset, and a desire to grow into club leadership
