Career Connect is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to supervise a disperse team of careers advisers working with offenders in custody. You will guide mentoring, ensure quality and compliance, and drive engagement in learning, training and employment opportunities to prepare for release.
You'll support staff to meet individual targets, build a positive team culture and deliver impactful outcomes that help reduce reoffending and support people to start a new life on release.
