Entry Level Field Sales Executive - Arnold

The Field Sales Executive role offers a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme. Typically, Sales Executives earn between £30k – £40k OTE in their first year, with top performers able to earn more than £60k OTE (on-target expectations).

• Creating sales opportunities through door‑to‑door cold canvassing in businesses and residential areas.
• Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach (normally 8–10 per month).
• Building a portfolio of long‑term customer relationships and generating referrals.
• Canvassing potential customers at their properties, introducing them to Verisure, and showcasing award‑winning products.
• Conducting security surveys to design tailored systems.
• Converting engagements into sales and managing product installations.
• Establishing a pipeline of future sales through excellent customer experience.
• Converting warm leads sourced from the call centre into successful sales.

Previous experience in sales or retail is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided. Candidates must have a professional, customer‑service‑focused attitude, a passion for sales, and good communication skills.

Must possess a full manual driving licence and access to a vehicle for the first few months.

Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check (cost absorbed by Verisure).
